Janlo grew up in Pretoria. His idea of an entrepreneur is someone who can add value to the world; a problem solver. “I am learning that to be an entrepreneur, you need to be 100% self-motivated (or passionate), well connected and have the drive to pick up the skills required to become a master in your field or area.”

He says that the balance of South Africans struggle to make a living with what they earn mainly because of barriers like degrees for accountants or driver’s licences for Uber drivers. With Timewarp Delivery he is able to sidestep these barriers and because of the way they use geo-mapping and data-science, they can operate efficiently and literally create thousands of jobs.
His passion for being influential in a good and sustainable way is tangible and inspiring. Janlo says that in the next 5 years he’d like to add value to the new wave of South African innovators who want to do well while doing good and we like it!
