The museum, which was opened on 15 March 2019, is situated in the grounds of the Francolin Conservancy which is also the home of the luxurious Orient Hotel and the multi-award-winning Mosaic Restaurant and although there are many collections of Adriaan Boshoff’s works globally, this is believed to be the largest one. This will include names like Alexander Rose-Innes, Gregoire Boonzaier, Robert Gwelo Goodman, William Timlin, Hugo Naudé and Frans Oerder to name a few. The museum will also be home to various sculptures and ceramics alongside more contemporary artists like Hennie Niemann, Conrad Theys and Lynn-Marie Eatwell.
